Managing Partner
Founder and Managing Partner of Arias García. His practice focuses on administrative, criminal, constitutional, regulatory, labor, and contract law.
He advises national and international clients on regulation, foreign investment, real estate projects, and contract negotiation. He provides assistance in economic criminal cases, labor matters, and telecommunications law. Professor in the Specialization in Administrative Law at the Escuela Nacional del Ministerio Público.
